Curse 9 respects your privacy and only collects limited, non-personal data to improve gameplay and system performance.

This includes:

Device type, operating system, and screen resolution

Anonymous identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)

Gameplay statistics (e.g., levels completed, session length)

IP address (temporarily, for fraud prevention and regional settings)

This information is collected using:

Firebase Analytics

Google Analytics

Google AdMob

We do not collect or store personal information such as names, addresses, contact lists, or private messages. Data is never sold to third parties and is used strictly for internal analysis and game improvement.

2. Data Storage and Compliance

All user data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols. The services used for authentication, analytics, and advertising are compliant with:

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

Other relevant privacy laws

3. User Accounts and Personal Data

To access full features in Curse 9, users may create an account by providing:

A valid email address

A secure password

A username

Authentication is handled securely via Firebase Authentication (Google). Only the username is stored in our database and may be visible to other players. Your email and password are never visible to the developer.

Alternatively, users may play as a guest. Guest data is stored locally on the device and cannot be recovered if the app is deleted or changed.

Users can delete their account anytime through the in-game interface. All data is permanently removed and cannot be restored.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Curse 9 displays ads through Google AdMob. These include:

Interstitial ads between game sessions

Optional rewarded ads that users may watch for in-game bonuses

These ads may collect data in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. Ads are filtered for age-appropriate content and are not personalized for users under 18.

5. Children’s Privacy

Curse 9 does not knowingly collect or request personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are aged 13 to 17, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or submitting any personal data. Curse 9 is rated PEGI 7 and is not marketed to children under the age of 13.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to:

Access the data collected about you

Request correction or deletion

Withdraw your consent by no longer using the app

To delete your account and all associated data, please use the in-game Delete Account feature. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. We will notify users via in-game messages or app store updates. Continued use of the game after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
